Beach and Coral Collections at a glance
The Beach and Coral Collections are a limited release of 44 beachfront villas by Nakheel on Frond F of Palm Jebel Ali in Dubai. Nakheel unveiled them on 20 August 2026. The villas come in 10 architectural designs by four design studios. Each villa sits on the shoreline with direct beach access and open views of the Arabian Gulf.
The Beach and Coral Collections on Palm Jebel Ali are not the same as Sobha Coral Beach Villas on Siniya Island in Umm Al Quwain. They are different projects by different developers.

Villa sizes and bedrooms
Nakheel split the release into two collections.
- Beach Collection: 5 and 6 bedroom villas of about 7,500 to 8,500 sq ft.
- Coral Collection: 6 and 7 bedroom residences of about 11,500 to 12,500 sq ft.
Nakheel says the villas are designed for indoor outdoor living with generous interiors and natural light.
Design team
Four studios designed the 10 villa styles. They are NAGA Architects, SAOTA, LW Design Group and LOCI Architecture.
Construction and handover
Nakheel says phased handover of the first villas begins in late 2026 and runs through 2027. The National reported in April 2026 that United Engineering Construction is building 190 villas on Fronds E and F. Ginco General Contracting is building 354 villas on Fronds A to D.
Palm Jebel Ali amenities
Palm Jebel Ali will have a 9,000 sqm retail centre. It will also have a landmark Friday Mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill for up to 1,000 worshippers.
