Aldar announced Al Ghadeer Gardens on 15 May 2026 and opened sales on 18 May 2026. It is 437 homes in two, three and four bedroom configurations, in the Al Ghadeer community on the growth corridor between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It sold out, with Arabian Business reporting around AED 1 billion in sales.

Why the corridor location is the whole story
Al Ghadeer sits on the Abu Dhabi side of the border but functions as a Dubai commuter community for anyone working around Expo City, Dubai South or Al Maktoum. That is a specific buyer: Abu Dhabi pricing, Dubai access, and a family home at AED 1.7 million that would cost considerably more the other side of the line.
It also means the community's fortunes are tied to Al Maktoum International's expansion. That is a genuine long term tailwind and it is also a single dependency worth naming.
