Aldar launched Yas Park Place in April 2026 and generated more than AED 800 million in sales with 80% of released units sold. Studios, one to three bedroom apartments and two bedroom duplexes across six mid rise buildings. The number that stands out: 83% of buyers were first time Aldar customers.

The 83% number, and why it matters
When 83% of buyers on a launch are new to the developer, the demand is coming from the product and the location rather than from an existing customer database being worked. That is a healthier signal than a big sales number on its own.
It also tells you something about Yas Island. Aldar is pulling buyers who had not previously bought from Aldar at all, which is what happens when a location does the selling.

- 80% of released units, not 80% of the project. Two of six buildings are in phase two. There is more coming.
- Ask for the price list. None has been published.
- Compare against Yas Point and The Orchids. Aldar has three Yas Island products in market. They serve different buyers and they compete with each other on resale.
