What Dubai Peninsula includes
Dubai Peninsula is a waterfront destination by H&H on the Jumeirah coast. Zawya reports three main parts:
- A superyacht marina with promenades, ateliers, fashion boutiques and dining
- A beach with a beach club looking over the shoreline and the Dubai skyline
- A central park with shaded paths
The H&H scale model shows residential towers set around the marina with yacht berths along the water.
Dubai Peninsula masterplan
The Dubai Peninsula masterplan shows four main parts and their design architects:
- Aman at the tip of the peninsula, designed by Kerry Hill
- Capella, designed by Denniston and Jean Michel Gathy
- Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, designed by Denniston and Jean Michel Gathy
- A marina development on the western side, designed by Richard Rogers
The H&H scale model branded The Residences Peninsula Dubai shows towers set around this marina. H&H has not yet confirmed the architect for The Residences Peninsula Dubai by name.
Hotels and other residences on Dubai Peninsula
Rosewood will open its first hotel and residences in Dubai here. Capella also appears on the latest masterplan.
Aman Residences Dubai sits at the tip of the peninsula with 78 apartments in two towers and four waterfront villas by Kerry Hill Architects. H&H and Aman broke ground in April 2026.
Rosewood Residences Dubai is a 32 floor tower of 63 units beside the Rosewood hotel.
The Residences Peninsula Dubai is a separate collection from Aman Residences Dubai and Rosewood Residences Dubai. It is also not related to Peninsula Four or the other Peninsula buildings by Select Group in Business Bay.
Design team
Zawya lists the design team across Dubai Peninsula as Jean Michel Gathy, Richard Rogers, Kerry Hill, Bjarke Ingels, Hopkins, Banda and Joyce Wang, among others. H&H has not yet said which firm designed The Residences Peninsula Dubai.
