The Carlyle Residences Dubai has 40 residences on floors 17 to 32. H&H price guide figures for each type are:

Tristan Auer designed the interiors with marble, honeyed woods, travertine floors, bronze accents and glass. Owners can bring their own furniture and art or choose interiors curated by the H&H team. The penthouse has its own private pool and spa on level 31.
Payment plan
H&H has set out this payment plan for The Carlyle Residences Dubai:
- 10% deposit on booking
- 10% on signing the SPA, plus the 5% DIFC registration fee
- 10% six months after the SPA
- 10% twelve months after the SPA
- 10% eighteen months after the SPA
- 50% on completion, expected by Q4 2028
Residence and hotel amenities
Residents have their own drop off and lobby on Al Mustaqbal Street and a landscaped piazza at level 1. Level 32 holds the residents' rooftop pool and a separate set of facilities:

Location and design team
The tower sits in DIFC next to Al Mustaqbal Street, with ICD Brookfield Place, Gate Avenue and The Gate Building close by. H&H says Downtown Dubai, the Jumeirah coast and Dubai International Airport are a short drive away.
Sir David Chipperfield, the British architect and Pritzker laureate, designed the golden facade. French designer Tristan Auer, known for Chanel couture salons and The Mercer Hotel in New York, designed the residences.
The Carlyle Residences Dubai is a separate project from Water Gardens, the other H&H development in DIFC, and from The Carlyle hotel in New York.
