H&H and Aman broke ground on Aman Dubai in April 2026. DBB Contracting completed ground soil improvement for the residences and hotel, and Swissboring was appointed for enabling and piling works. TradeArabia reports a record setting penthouse sale, without a price.
Aman Residences Dubai is a separate collection from Rosewood Residences Dubai and The Residences Peninsula Dubai on the same master plan.
