Aljada at a glance

Aljada is Arada’s flagship community in Sharjah. Cresco tracks 17 projects inside it, every one built by Arada. The community is apartment led, from studios up to four bedrooms, and it mixes completed buildings you can move into now with towers still under construction.

That mix matters. If you want rent from day one, Aljada has ready stock. If you want a payment plan and a lower entry price, it has launches.

What homes cost at Aljada

These are prices published by Arada for the projects we list. They are developer prices, not registered resales.

Tiraz Phase 3 starts from AED 420,000.
Safa Parkview starts from AED 998,000 for one to three bedrooms.
Rove Home Aljada branded apartments start from AED 1,060,000.
Safa 1 is AED 1,064,000 for a one bedroom, AED 1,497,000 for a two bedroom and AED 2,432,000 for a three bedroom.
Rove Home Aljada 2 is AED 1,111,000 for a one bedroom and AED 1,705,000 for a two bedroom.

Why this page carries no transaction table

Sharjah property registers with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, not the Dubai Land Department. There is no public transaction register for Sharjah the way there is for Dubai.

So every price on this page is a developer price. On our Dubai area pages we publish what actually changed hands, sale by sale, because that data exists. Here it does not, and we will not imply that Dubai figures apply in Sharjah.
