In April 2026 DAMAC released the final phase of DAMAC District at DAMAC Hills: 600 units, studios from AED 756,000 and one bedrooms from AED 1.1 million, handover Q3 2029. It is one of the lowest published entry prices of any 2026 Dubai launch inside an established golf community.

Why the location does the work

DAMAC Hills is an established community with the Trump International Golf Club Dubai, parks, schools and retail already operating. You are not buying a rendering. That matters at this price point, because a sub AED 800,000 entry usually means a location with nothing built yet.

The obvious caution is the same one that applies to every studio and one bedroom investment: this is the most competitive rental segment in Dubai, and 600 units landing together in one community in Q3 2029 is a lot of directly comparable stock to compete with on the day you try to let or sell.
