The masterplan
The community covers 30 million square feet in six residential clusters, each with its own park, clubhouse and community centre. About a quarter of the land is parks and open space, anchored by a 1.7 million square foot Central Park.

A note on unit numbers
The unit mix changed between launch and groundbreaking. At launch Azizi gave 1,130 villas, more than 6,000 townhouses and 3,500 apartments. At groundbreaking it gave more than 10,000 homes, with more than 7,200 villas and townhouses and more than 3,000 apartments.
