Golf Trails homes and sizes
Golf Trails mixes apartments and townhouses in midrise buildings. Apartments come with one, two or three bedrooms. Townhouses come with three bedrooms. Sizes run from 1,096 to 2,610 sq ft. Emaar says the design aims to open every home to views of the green hills of the Emaar South golf course. The towers use a contemporary facade and an earthy palette.

At podium level Emaar lists a fully equipped gym, a multi purpose room, adult and kids swimming pools and a kids play area. The wider community adds the 18 hole golf course, a driving range and a community centre.

Golf Trails sits on the periphery of the 18 hole championship course, close to the golf clubhouse and driving range. Emaar South lies alongside Expo City Dubai with road access to Al Maktoum International Airport. Nearby projects named by Emaar include Golf Views, Golf Point and Urbana III.
