Launch and phases
RAK Properties launched Cape Hayat in September 2023 at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. The first phase sold out on day one. The company then released the final phase at the Four Seasons Abu Dhabi. “Cape Hayat 2” is not a separate project. It refers to that final release within the same four towers.
Payment plan at launch
At launch RAK Properties offered two plans: 40/60 with 10% down, or 50/50 with the balance paid over 2 to 3 years after handover. With the project almost complete, remaining units and resales may carry different terms. Ask us for the current position.
Life on Hayat Island
Mina Al Arab has 18 km of coastline, 5 km of beaches and more than 2 million sqm of protected mangroves. Hayat Island already has the 351 key InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah. The development also includes 12 EV charging points.
