What we know
The building stands directly on the main marina of Dubai Islands, next to the main yacht club. It is described as the last unlaunched plot on that stretch of the marina. Missoni leads the interiors and design. OCTA Properties is the exclusive commercialisation partner and Missoni’s appointed project representative.
The developer’s sales site lists the project as coming soon. Brochures will be released at launch.
