The offices
The Offices at Water Gardens is a 12 storey building with micro suites on three floors and larger formats above. Offices are handed over shell and core with full service provisions. The building targets LEED Platinum. JLL is the exclusive office leasing partner.
Sources give slightly different office areas: about 21,965 square metres in one report and 246,737 square feet in another.
Location
Water Gardens sits in central DIFC, raised above the surrounding streets, with arrival stairs from Al Sukook Street and Al Mustaqbal Street. It connects below ground into Gate Avenue. DIFC Investments calls it one of the last pieces of the original Gate District masterplan.
