Wynwood is the Dubai Islands half of a two building brand. Its sibling, Wynwood Horizon, sits at Meydan Horizon and is a completely different community, so do not confuse the two when a broker sends you a brochure. This one is on the island, 19 per cent built, handing over Q3 2027.

The payment plan
20 per cent on booking, instalments across construction, 40 per cent on completion.
Remember the Dubai Land Department transfer fee of 4 per cent is payable on top of the purchase price, along with a AED 250 title deed fee and roughly AED 4,000 plus VAT to the registration trustee on any sale above AED 500,000. Those are the DLD’s published figures and they apply to every property purchase in Dubai.
What is actually there
Rooftop infinity pool and sun deck, an open air yoga terrace, gym, clubhouse, green courtyard, kids splash pool, jacuzzi, barbecue area, a multi level podium, VIP parking with EV charging, floating dining pods and a sculptural staircase the developer treats as the building’s signature.
Dubai Islands in short
Dubai Islands is Nakheel’s five island scheme off Deira, carrying more than 20 km of beach including a Blue Flag certified stretch. Imtiaz is the most active residential developer on it and states the island portfolio is worth more than AED 6 billion.
Our read on Wynwood by Imtiaz
Wynwood is the most architecturally self conscious of the Imtiaz buildings on Dubai Islands. Floating dining pods and a feature staircase are not amenities in the usual sense, they are the marketing. Whether that survives value engineering between 19 per cent and handover is the question worth asking, and the honest answer is that nobody knows yet. Underneath it, the fundamentals are the standard Dubai Islands package. Buy it because you want the island at a Q3 2027 handover, and treat the pods as upside rather than the reason.
Residency
The ten year UAE Golden Visa threshold is AED 2 million of property and it did not change in 2026. Separately, in April 2026 the minimum property value for the two year investor visa was removed for sole owners, and the joint ownership floor came down to AED 400,000 per investor. Whether a specific unit here clears the Golden Visa threshold depends on the unit, so ask us to check it against the price you are actually being quoted.
Questions buyers ask about Wynwood by Imtiaz
Is Wynwood the same as Wynwood Horizon?
No. Wynwood is on Dubai Islands with a Q3 2027 handover. Wynwood Horizon is at Meydan Horizon with a Q2 2028 handover. They share a brand name and nothing else, and they are in different communities entirely.
What are the floating dining pods at Wynwood?
They are the developer’s headline amenity, suspended dining spaces on the podium level. Imtiaz lists them alongside the rooftop infinity pool, sun deck, open air yoga terrace and the building’s sculptural staircase.
When does Wynwood hand over?
Q3 2027. Construction stood at 19 per cent at the time of writing, so this is an early stage building.

Source: Dubai Land Department open data. Registered sales of residential units between 30 June 2026 and 18 August 2026. Mortgages and gift transfers are excluded because they are not arms length sales. Sizes are converted from square metres at 10.7639 sq ft per sq m. The entry price shown for this project is our advertised starting price and is not a registered transaction. Community figures are medians across every project in the community, not this project alone. We do not publish a price per square foot for this project because advertised size ranges are not a reliable basis for that calculation.
