How the Gate phases compare
The Gate buildings share a specification and an address. What changes between phases is the building position, the view and the handover date. If you are choosing between them, the practical questions are which floor and outlook you want, and when you need the keys.
Method and limits
Every detail here comes from Arada. Arada publishes The Gate specification at collection level rather than per building, so we do not invent separate floor plans or prices for phase 5 and phase 6. Sharjah sales are registered with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, not the Dubai Land Department, so no registered prices are shown. When Arada issues the phase brochures we will split this into a page per phase with the real layouts and payment plans.
