Sugee Group and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts have signed an agreement to develop Vienna House Residences by Wyndham on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The announcement was published on 23 October 2026. It is the first Vienna House branded residences in the world and the brand’s first presence in the Middle East. The homes will be fully furnished and run on a hospitality led model with short term rental. Prices, unit types and handover are not yet published.

Owner benefits from Wyndham
The release says residents get a one year complimentary Wyndham Rewards Platinum membership. They also get preferred rates at more than 8,400 hotels worldwide and priority access to member only offers and promotions.
Short term rental on Al Marjan Island
The homes are planned as fully furnished, hospitality led residences. The developer says short term rental is part of the model. The release describes it as the first project on Al Marjan Island to offer this short term rental model.
Launch facts
The agreement was signed at a ceremony in Dubai by Govind Mundra, Head of Development for the Middle East and Africa at Wyndham. Sugee Group has opened a sales centre in Dubai Marina. Invespy is the appointed UAE sales partner. Sheikh Saqr bin Omar Al Qasimi, CEO of Marjan Development, welcomed the project to Al Marjan Island. Sugee Group has not published a sales launch date.
