A note on the published price
Binghatti’s own project page currently shows a starting price of AED 74,999 for a studio.
That figure is not credible and we are not going to repeat it. No freehold studio in Dubai transacts at AED 74,999. It appears to be a missing digit, and the intended figure is almost certainly in the AED 700,000s, in line with the rest of the Binghatti range.
We obtain the current, correct price list in writing from Binghatti on every enquiry. If a broker quotes you AED 74,999 for a Hillside studio, they have copied a typo without reading it.
This is a rental yield building
320 studios and 82 one bedrooms. Nothing larger, no family stock.
