AED 490,000 is the lowest entry price of any Reportage building on Yas Island, and it is lower than Selina Bay at AED 1 million, Perla Prime at AED 1.5 million and Perla Waves at AED 1.9 million on the same island.
It is also lower than the entry price at their Masdar City buildings, which is unusual for a waterfront island address and worth checking rather than assuming.
The building starts at two bedrooms. There is no studio here. So this is not a case of a tiny unit pulling the headline down. For a buyer that matters in one specific way. Orientation and outlook differ between the towers, and units in the same nominal layout can face very differently depending on which tower they sit in.
