Westwood is the first building Imtiaz ever delivered, completed in Q4 2023 and, according to the developer, ahead of schedule. Everything else in the portfolio is measured against it.

Every figure above is taken from Imtiaz’s own project page unless stated otherwise. Where the developer publishes nothing we say so rather than filling the gap with a number from a listings portal.
The payment plan
Not applicable. The building is complete and units trade on the resale market.
Remember the Dubai Land Department transfer fee of 4 per cent is payable on top of the purchase price, along with a AED 250 title deed fee and roughly AED 4,000 plus VAT to the registration trustee on any sale above AED 500,000. Those are the DLD’s published figures and they apply to every property purchase in Dubai.
What is actually there
Four crystal lagoons, clubhouse, gym, sitting areas, direct park access, swimming pool, landscaped areas and dedicated parking. Delivered furnished with equipped kitchens and built in wardrobes.
Al Furjan in short
Al Furjan sits beside Discovery Gardens and Jumeirah Village Circle, on the Route 2020 metro extension. It is a lower density community than JVC.
Our read on Westwood by Imtiaz
If you want to know whether an Imtiaz off plan promise is worth anything, this is the building to inspect. It has been standing and occupied since the end of 2023, so the finish quality, the service charge and the actual rents are all observable rather than projected. One thing to be aware of: Imtiaz classifies Westwood under Al Furjan on its properties index and its community pages, while the project page copy describes it as JVC. The two communities border each other, so confirm the exact address on the title deed rather than the brochure.
Residency
The ten year UAE Golden Visa threshold is AED 2 million of property and it did not change in 2026. Separately, in April 2026 the minimum property value for the two year investor visa was removed for sole owners, and the joint ownership floor came down to AED 400,000 per investor. Whether a specific unit here clears the Golden Visa threshold depends on the unit, so ask us to check it against the price you are actually being quoted.
Questions buyers ask about Westwood by Imtiaz
Was Westwood the first Imtiaz project?
Yes. Imtiaz describes Westwood as its first delivered project, completed in Q4 2023 and handed over ahead of schedule.
Is Westwood in Al Furjan or JVC?
Imtiaz files it under Al Furjan on its properties index and community pages, but the project page’s own copy says JVC. The developer’s site is inconsistent. The two communities adjoin, so verify the address on the title deed.
What are the crystal lagoons at Westwood?
Four man made lagoons within the community landscaping. Imtiaz uses the same feature at Beach Walk Grand on Dubai Islands and references it again at Cove Edition III.

Source: Dubai Land Department open data. Registered sales of residential units between 30 June 2026 and 18 August 2026. Mortgages and gift transfers are excluded because they are not arms length sales. Sizes are converted from square metres at 10.7639 sq ft per sq m. The entry price shown for this project is our advertised starting price and is not a registered transaction. Community figures are medians across every project in the community, not this project alone. We do not publish a price per square foot for this project because advertised size ranges are not a reliable basis for that calculation.
