Standard Dubai apartment stock runs about 2,900mm to 3,100mm, so these are noticeably taller rooms than almost anything else at this price point, and it is the kind of specification that holds resale value.

One bedroom homes are 57 percent of the tower. That is a rental yield building first and a family building second. If you want scale here, the 25 three bedroom apartments at a single 1,672 square foot layout are the scarce product.
