The payment plan

20 per cent on booking, 40 per cent across construction, 40 per cent on completion in May 2028.

Remember the Dubai Land Department transfer fee of 4 per cent is payable on top of the purchase price, along with a AED 250 title deed fee and roughly AED 4,000 plus VAT to the registration trustee on any sale above AED 500,000. Our read on Wynwood Horizon by Imtiaz

The sanctuary is the part worth thinking about. In Dubai, the thing that most reliably protects a view is a plot that cannot be built on, and a protected sanctuary is exactly that. A lagoon on one side and a sanctuary on the other is a defensible outlook in a way that a skyline view across empty land is not. Against that, Meydan Horizon is a masterplan in its early years and Wynwood Horizon is at 52 per cent sub structure, which means the tower itself has barely started. May 2028 is a long hold. Do not confuse this with Wynwood on Dubai Islands, which is a different building in a different community.

Residency

The ten year UAE Golden Visa threshold is AED 2 million of property and it did not change in 2026. Separately, in April 2026 the minimum property value for the two year investor visa was removed for sole owners, and the joint ownership floor came down to AED 400,000 per investor. Whether a specific unit here clears the Golden Visa threshold depends on the unit, so ask us to check it against the price you are actually being quoted.
