Why Marjan Beach is drawing new developers
TradeArabia cites independent market analysis showing prime apartment prices on Marjan Beach reached their highest level of the current cycle through 2025. Year on year growth was above 30 percent. A USD 5.1 billion integrated hospitality and entertainment destination is scheduled to open nearby in 2027.
