Gulf News reports 663 sea view residences from one to four bedrooms. Some homes have private pools. The project also lists 20 podium villas, 10 sky villas and penthouses and 11 beachfront villas. The report does not say whether the villas are part of the 663 total. We will confirm the full count with AARK.
