Luxor publishes the most granular sizes of any project on the Imtiaz site, separating interior area from total area on every unit type. That is rare in Dubai off plan and it is the reason this page can tell you a studio is 348.75 sq ft inside and 406.23 sq ft in total rather than quoting one number and letting you assume.

The payment plan

20 per cent on booking, 40 per cent across construction, 40 per cent on completion.

Remember the Dubai Land Department transfer fee of 4 per cent is payable on top of the purchase price, along with a AED 250 title deed fee and roughly AED 4,000 plus VAT to the registration trustee on any sale above AED 500,000. Those are the DLD’s published figures and they apply to every property purchase in Dubai.

What is actually there

Rooftop pool, gym, sauna and steam, clubhouse, kids playground and kids pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, a business centre, a theatre room, a sky garden, EV charging and visitor parking. Jumeirah Village Circle is one of the busiest apartment markets in Dubai by transaction count. Imtiaz has seven buildings here, four of them in the Pearl House line.

Our read on Luxor by Imtiaz

Read those two columns carefully because the gap between them is the balcony, and the difference between a 348 sq ft interior and a 450 sq ft total is the difference between a tight studio and a workable one. Luxor is also the only JVC building in the range with a business centre and a theatre room, which is amenity spend aimed at long stay tenants rather than short lets. At 85 per cent complete for a Q3 2026 handover this is close to finished, so the wait is short and the construction risk is largely behind it.

Residency

The ten year UAE Golden Visa threshold is AED 2 million of property and it did not change in 2026. Separately, in April 2026 the minimum property value for the two year investor visa was removed for sole owners, and the joint ownership floor came down to AED 400,000 per investor. Whether a specific unit here clears the Golden Visa threshold depends on the unit, so ask us to check it against the price you are actually being quoted.

348.75 to 354.24 sq ft of interior area, and 406.23 to 450.68 sq ft in total including the balcony. Imtiaz publishes both figures separately for Luxor, which most Dubai developers do not.

Q3 2026. Construction stood at 85 per cent at the time of writing.

What is included in a Luxor apartment?

Furnished, with GROHE purified water, Bosch appliances, an Alexa smart home package, a 65 inch Samsung television and Fondovalle Italian tiles. The building adds a business centre, theatre room and sky garden to the standard amenity set.
