The Symphony is designed with Zaha Hadid Architects and it is the building Imtiaz treats as its flagship. AED 1 billion, 290 residences, 84 offices and 7 retail units on a 4,234 sq m plot at Meydan Horizon.

The payment plan
20 per cent on booking, staggered instalments through 2026 to 2028, then 40 per cent on completion in Q2 2029.
Remember the Dubai Land Department transfer fee of 4 per cent is payable on top of the purchase price, along with a AED 250 title deed fee and roughly AED 4,000 plus VAT to the registration trustee on any sale above AED 500,000. Those are the DLD’s published figures and they apply to every property purchase in Dubai.
What is actually there
A very long published list including sauna and steam, adult and kids pools, an observatory deck, indoor and outdoor gym, indoor and outdoor yoga, pilates area, clubhouse, library, reading corners, workstations, an executive lounge and dining room, a lagoon viewing lounge and terrace, banquet seating, fire pit lounge, billiards, outdoor gaming, wet and dry sun decks, a lifeguard station, swing lounges, viewing garden, courtyard dining, terrace garden, water garden, wet pantries and male and female prayer rooms.
Meydan Horizon in short
Meydan Horizon is a 21.5 million sq ft masterplan. Imtiaz has two projects here and states its Meydan portfolio is worth around AED 3 billion.
Our read on The Symphony by Imtiaz
A Zaha Hadid Architects collaboration is a genuine differentiator in a market where most towers are anonymous, and it is the kind of association that holds resale value long after the handover. Two caveats. First, sub structure was at 3 per cent with construction starting Q1 2026 and handover at Q2 2029, so this is the longest hold in the entire Imtiaz portfolio. Second, the AED 2 million to AED 20 million price band comes from the developer’s press release, not the project page, so treat it as indicative and get a written quote. The mixed use element, 84 offices alongside 290 homes, is unusual for Imtiaz and changes the service charge structure. Ask how the two are apportioned.
Residency
The ten year UAE Golden Visa threshold is AED 2 million of property and it did not change in 2026. Separately, in April 2026 the minimum property value for the two year investor visa was removed for sole owners, and the joint ownership floor came down to AED 400,000 per investor. Whether a specific unit here clears the Golden Visa threshold depends on the unit, so ask us to check it against the price you are actually being quoted.
Questions buyers ask about The Symphony by Imtiaz
Who designed The Symphony?
Zaha Hadid Architects, in collaboration with Imtiaz. It is the developer’s flagship project and the only one in its portfolio with a signature architect attached.
How much does The Symphony cost?
Imtiaz’s press release states a range of AED 2 million to AED 20 million from residences up to penthouses. That figure is not repeated on the project page itself, so treat it as indicative and ask for a written quotation.
What is in The Symphony besides apartments?
84 office units and 7 retail units alongside 290 residences, on a 4,234 sq m plot. Because it is mixed use, ask specifically how the service charge is apportioned between the residential and commercial components.
