A major new villa address for Dubai
Aldar Development CEO Jonathan Emery told The National that the JV with Dubai Holding is a very large villa community with townhouses. He placed it near Dubai Silicon Oasis. The plan puts family homes right on the route of the new Metro Blue Line. Villa living with metro access on the doorstep is a strong combination for families.
The same report summary says near Dubai Internet City. Mr Emery’s own words say near Dubai Silicon Oasis. We follow the developer’s quote and will confirm the exact plot when Aldar publishes it.
