MAG and Azizi are the most active with five each, followed by Amwaj with three. 14 of the projects include apartments and five include villas. Handovers spread from 2025 through to 2028.Because MBR City covers several very different subcommunities, a single price per square foot for the district as a whole is close to meaningless. Compare within the subcommunity, not across the name.
